Front of nest doorbell cracking, bubbling, and peeling

Hi - The front of my doorbell is degrading - seems to be just the plate. Looks horrible. It's been almost 1 year in service.

Thanks @Brad - the device works, but I didn't expect it to look this messed up after only 10 months of usage. Appreciate anything the team can do to make it look normal again.

Try them again. I spoke to someone this morning via chat and they are sending a replacement unit and I'm out of warranty.
