Hello. Today I received a wired Nest Doorbell 2nd gen to replace my older Nest Hello doorbell. I followed the instructions to install it, but when I powered everything back on, the light kept blinking yellow, indicating a power issue. I played around with it some more, confirmed the wiring was correct (standard doorbell still works), confirmed my doorbell transformer is 16VAC 10VA (at least that's what it says on the cover, haven't tried a volt meter yet), but still nothing.
Further more, it has never stopped blinking yellow since I initially powered it on. Even when it's completely disconnected from the power, it still blinks. And I followed the instructions to factory reset it using a pin on the button on the back for 15 seconds, several times, but it didn't do anything. It'd pause blinking for a bit, but it never restarts.
Any suggestions? I really don't want for an electrician to come out, and I don't think I should have to anyway, since my other Nest doorbell worked just fine. Thanks.

Update: I decided to try upgrading the doorbell transformer to one with 16VAC 30VA, and now the doorbell has enough power and is connected!

Also wanted to add it doesn't even work as a standard doorbell, though the app suggests it should.
