Whenever I open the home.next.com website to view video from my cameras, if I am using my MS Surface 8, it only shows snapshot pictures. It refuses to show as video. Yes, I have a subscription to Nest. And it show normally on any other device. It's only the MS Surface that has this issue.
I am using it with the latest version of Chrome. Oddly, it works with Edge, but not Chrome.
Anyone else seeing this?

Chrome is up to date and running on Windows 11.
