Google nest doorbell just out of warranty and peeling! Unbelievable. Looks terrible. Dont buy it. Its cheaply made and not worth the money. Check other brands

Hey there,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, I can imagine this has been stressful for you. If you're seeking a replacement, please fill out this form. However, we do not offer replacements for parts. If your device is no longer under warranty, we cannot offer a replacement, We're sorry for the inconvenience. I do know that some users have found third-party silicone sleeves that have worked to protect the device further.
Best regards,
Brad

Exactly the same has started happening with my Nest Doorbell. Regretting investing in so much Nest kit especially as new cameras do not work on Nest app or browser and there is no browser for Google Home. How am I supposed to watch 9 cameras on one small smartphone?

@EmersonB yes I clicked on the link and got a "We need some more info" form which I completed. Do you not have a record? I have just done another one but there isn't really any information requested, just "please describe your issue"
