Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. There is no remote restart for your devices, so you would want to restart your device in person. Sorry for the inconvenience, and please let us know if you still need assistance with this issue.

Hi Luc, Not sure this will help but if you have one of the newer MESH routers you can issue a command remotely from the app on your phone for the router to restart. This might help the cameras come back on line. Let me know if this works or not.
