Yes. Turn on "Visitor announcements" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) in the Google Nest app for your doorbell.  That's what we do for our three 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbells. The doorbell and the speakers have to be in the same Google Nest "home/structure".
