My Google Doorbell (battery) is wired and I have the 30 days free Nest subscription.
I'm able to see at Google Home app the history and videos since I installed the doorbell, but I want to do the same at the computer.
How can I see the videos that are stored in the cloud and download it from my PC? All links I found about it say to do it from home.nest.com, but there's nothing there.

yeah - the new doorbells only work with the google home app. if you want to get that working on a PC or Mac you either need to install an Android emulator (e.g., bluestacks, or Win 11 will have that feature at some point) or wait for Google to publish their new web interface... I read some articles that said web-based support for the new doorbells and cams will start in 2022...

you gotta tap "event details" - then there's a download button on the top.

Thanks so much for the update, looks like not even from Google Home we can download the video yet, I hope they can make both available in January.

This is where I disagree to the design. I’ve had many non-events I’ve wanted to download and cannot because of limitations with he app and interface. I’ve had my new battery (but wired) cameras about 2 weeks now and I’m beyond disappointed they didn’t emulate the same features the wired only versions have.
Google really dropped the ball here when designing things - starting to wish I had paid the exorbitant price for the wired old cameras when I could as these new ones lack one of the best features. Will wait to see what 2022 brings 😞

I was thinking that before buy it on Black Friday, but it's quite normal to companies release a MVP and only after that start to make it as good as they expected, which Google is failing is to tell people that's not exactly the final product, only the final hardware they're selling.
I hope that's the case for that new doorbell, because with the correct setup, it's better than the old one for everything, despite of don't have 24/7 (at least yet), you still be able to have all events recorded, so it's basically the same, but still lack of UX, which I hope to be fixed in a few months, so after that for years the new one will be a lot better choice than the old.
