How to set a custom quick response message?

There are 3 preset quick responses that I can send when responding to my doorbell. The preset messages are not useful to me, how can I change them? I want to create my own preset quick response messages.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I would love to help you find a solution to this issue. 

  • Unfortunately, you are unable to make your own Quick Responses. You can however, use the talk feature to talk to them directly if you wish to say something different;
