I changed my wifi password and now nest cams will not connect

Allystreasures8

I changed my wifi password which disconnected my 4 nest cams. I have unplugged the router and the cameras Multiple times and that isn't the issue. I removed the cameras from my account but when I try add them back it says they cannot connect to wifi. I tried to factory reset them but when I push in the pinhole nothing happens. No light changes, no noise, nothing.  I have been trying to trouble shoot all day with no luck. Help please

Sometimes you have to press the reset button for longer than the instructions say, and sometimes it's hard to tell whether you're actually getting the reset button depressed.

What colour is the light on your cameras?

You selected Nest Cam Outdoor, are they all outdoor cameras?

I think you have the IQ models. If the light ring is pulsing blue, it's ready to be connected to the app.

What happens when you try setup in the Nest app? Does it give you an error code or message?

Have you tried creating a new home structure and setting them up in the new home structure?

I tried everything to no avail and had to resort to using my old password again and they connected... Pathetic hey but thats google for you
