Indoor chime no longer sounding

It’s quite cold outside (-15) and all of a sudden my indoor chime no longer rings when someone presses the doorbell.

 

I still get a notification on my phone when someone « rings » the doorbell, and the camera works fine. But no chime, which has been working fine for years (including with another cam app).

 

Is the Nest device literally frozen? Or is something else going on?
