I am trying to install a 2nd nest doorbell (wired) and I keep getting error NC018 (3.3). The first doorbell is working fine, I have tried everything that was mentioned in the support for this error, I have rebooted router, brought them as close as 1 foot apart. I have disconnected and reconnected first doorbell, deleted and reinstalled nest app on phone. Phone is on same network, have restarted both new doorbell and phone, nothing works, always same error message. While installing it says that is has connected to wi-fi but always stalls at connecting to nest network.
