Ip cameras into google nest?

Is there a way that I can either put together or link google nest with ZoneMinder system or some way to stream the current IP camera system via rtmp? 

Ideally it would be nice to see a google OS for x86 hardware obviously 64 bit where we could basically offset the storage and allow syncing of the camera feeds at specific times  to lessen the bandwidth during high priority hours.  Example we could potentially have 16 ip cameras needing to be streamed to google nest.

I am afraid that Nest Aware only covers Nest/Google products, so it would not be able to offer the same options for a that device.
