Hi, I’ve been having issues with my nest cam outdoor battery not showing history most of the time, every now and again one or two videos will show up straight away then it will go back to no videos.
I’ve tested my Wifi speed at each camera with results of 50 to 54 mbps download speeds and 15 to 16 mbps upload speeds. I’ve also done a factory reset on the cameras but it’s still the same.
I’m on a trial subscription for nest
Its the same on all our devices OS and android.
Can anyone please help me. It gets quite annoying when I get a notification that someone’s in my front yard but can’t view the footage.

Thanks for your response, not sure what I did, but all the history started showing up a couple of days ago.

Let’s get this sorted — a few questions: what’s the status light of your Nest Camera (battery) When did the issue start? How far is the camera from the router? Do other devices experience slow internet speeds? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Also, do you have a Nest Aware subscription?
