Live video unavailable on home app for next outdoor cam with floodllights

Hi, just installed nest outdoor cam. It's recording video and sound, which is veiweable in history but I cannot view live video. It's telling me it's unavailable. Sometimes if I turn the cam off then on, it will show live video, but not for long. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me and no worries about the delay. I still have this problem. The camera records a history that you can see, starting a few minutes afterwards. But it will not show live coverage. It looks as though it almost opens (I can hear live sound), but then clicks off. I can sometimes pick up live feed overnight, with night vision but I have to try at keast 3 or 4 times to get it to switch on. When it does it never lasts long before switching off again. 
 
I'm wondering if this is due to a very poor Internet (all I have is 1 to 3 Mbs!), although I never have a problem with two indoor cams showing live feed..
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey folks,

 

Thanks again for your patience while we respond. In this case, internet speeds are definitely going to affect your cameras. I would suggest having faster internet speeds, preferably 100mbps or more. The faster and stronger connection, the better. I think that is probably what is affecting your footage.

I'm having the same issue, it is a newer outdoor battery cam but connected to power so to use all the options. It will record and alert per settings but live feed stopped working about 2 days ago. super frustrating.
