Lost camera recording ms and familiar faces

My subscription to nest aware expired while I was out of the country. When I returned I reactivated it. It was dormant for no more than a week or two without paid subscription. 

All my familiar faces and recordings for the last 30 days are gone. Can I get them back?

Unfortunately not.   Many people in the last few years have run into the same problem.  Once that subscription runs out Google erases Everything.

Wow. I didn't even get an email or anything to tell me to renew. I only noticed when the old history was gone.

I get every year an email about 2 weeks before it auto-renews.   I'm not sure why you didn't get notice.  

Here is the link to open a support ticket if you want to try and talk to someone but I know for a fact all your footage and face recognition pics are gone...
