Hello, my first nest Doorbell has been replaced in december 2021 because of peeling. Unfortunately, this second one peel again...
When I try to start a conversation about this on google customer service, it's impossible because of "out of warranty".
Is it possible to open a ticket for me on warranty support? Thank you very much, best regards, Jeremy.

Two of our three Nest Hello doorbells are peeling and now have silicone "skins" because they are out of warranty
And the internal batteries have failed on all three of our Nest Hello doorbells, so "Indoor chime" is disabled on all three because they are out of warranty.

Oh, I'm sorry for you.
When I received the new Hello, in 2021, I add a silicone skin too, to prevent damage, but result is the same, peeling on all visual accessible part.
In 2021, I was succeed to have a google operator on phone, he called me back after a lot of steps on their web support.
I remembered I asked him about same futur trouble on the new hello doorbell sent and he answered me that they will replace it again and again until trouble are resolved

Well, you can certainly try contacting Support, using the link and instructions in this post:
For our failed internal batteries (which have plagued hundreds of customers; see this post with 1000+ replies: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/Nest-Hello-Doorbell-cuts-out-when-butto...), Google Nest refused to consider replacing them even after we contacted the Minnesota Attorney General's office, telling the Attorney General's office they "cannot" replace them after the 1-year warranty period.

Since all three of our Nest Hello Doorbells are past their 1-year warranties, and since Google Nest has already told me and the Minnesota Attorney General's office 15 months ago that "Based on the Limited Warranty, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement because both Nest Doorbell’s are out of warranty" and that we "can use visitor announcements instead", I don't see the purpose of filling out "this form". Besides, Google Nest is no longer making or selling Nest Hello Doorbells.
