I have had my nest outdoor IQ camera for about 2 years, it was working great until about 2 months ago. It is no longer working. There has been no damage to the camera or cords, the light does not turn on therefore I am unable to even try to troubleshoot the issue beyond replacing the cord
One of the troubleshooting tips state replacing the power cord/adapter. In due diligence, I went on the Google store and this part is "OUT OF STOCK." I spent $350 on this camera - purchased from Costco less than 3 yrs ago and I am incredibly frustrated that there are no other viable options. I do not want to purchase the replacement part made by other companies as I don't want to spend even more money on something that may or may not work.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
