My new replacement camera isn't connected to my Nest subscription that I'm paying for, I can see the camera but it's not recording more than a day's history or storing faces as my old camera did!
I have been round & round in circles on your help pages & got nowhere. I want to speak to someone, a human, is that too much to ask bearing in mind all the money you have had from me over the years with products & my subscription!
