I have two neat cams that will not connect to the internet. I have tried everything to get them going. Reset router and neat cams even tried connecting them on a different home account and they still won’t work. I’ve only had them for about 10 months.

Which cameras do you have, the older Google Nest Outdoor Cameras or the newer Google Nest Cameras (Battery)? (The answers you get here may vary depending on which cameras you have.) Did the cameras just go offline one day? Are you able to livestream either camera from the Google Nest app or the Google Home app? Do either of your cameras show up on Google Nest's new beta site for live-streaming Google Nest cameras?
