Nee Nest Cam Issue

Here we go again.  After Android's system update a few days ago, all of my cams (inside & out) now have less vivid viewing.  While I scroll, they are quite clear -like before- but when I view live they're much lighter with less clarity.  Uninstalling and reinstalling Nest app made it worse.  The views are also less clear on live view in Google Home. :</

Yes, unfortunately.  Issue has not resolved.

I'm sorry to hear about that. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what phone are you using? Also, what is the OS version of your phone? Is this happening on multiple phones?

S21, Android v12 with most recent May security update.  This is only phone I have.  It was fine, until it wasn't.

S21, v12, fully updated with latest updates that rolled in Oct.  Everything was working ok until Nest update Dec 8.

Also, the Home app (which I only l check when Nest has issues) doesn't even appear to recognize that I have a Nest Aware subscription.
