Need replacement chime connector

I recently moved and forgot to bring the chime connector with me. I contacted support and was told because my doorbell is out of warranty they cannot provide a replacement. I explained I wasn't looking for a free replacement under warranty. I simply want to purchase a new one. Support went on to say I would need to purchase from the 3rd party store however they would not give me the name of a 3rd party store. How can I purchase one? If I'm unable to buy one I will be forced to purchase a brand new doorbell in which case I can assure you it won't be another Google product as a result of this simple part. I most certainly will look into Simplysafe, Ring, and other options and Google will lose out on the $6/mo subscription service on top of it. I'm posting here in hope that someone at Google will see this and help me out before I'm forced to part ways as I do believe in giving a company a 2nd chance incase the support person I chatted with was not aware of a satisfactory resolution.

I've had the same issue with my Google Floodlight.  I need a mounting bracket and they said look at 3rd party vendors.  No help whatsoever.   This is a major downside of purchasing the Google Nest family of products, no spare parts can be purchased.
