Nest 2nd Gen doorbell won’t ring my Google hub

I’ve had my nest 2nd gen doorbell and google hub for a few yours now and it’s worked fine. Now the doorbell will not ring the hub or my phone. The camera still works as it should. I have tried all known settings and factory resets, still nothing. Any ideas?

Wij hebben het zelfde probleem .

Altijd goed gewerkt.  En dan in ene keer niks.

Zijn er oplossingen?

Nog geen antwoord. Ik moet de deurbel vervangen omdat mijn huidige bel al een paar jaar oud is.

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Doorbell (2nd gen) is not ringing on your Nest Hub and phone. I appreciate your efforts in taking those steps before. I'm happy to help you! 

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Are both devices within the same home structure?
  • What model of Nest hub do you have?
  • Is the visitor announcements feature turned on?
  • Can you see your Nest Doorbell on your Nest Hub when someone rings the doorbell?
  • Can you see the Nest Doorbell through your phone?
