I have been trying to setup both my Nest Cam’s for a while now and nothing has frustrated me more than the error message “Problem commecting to cloud” multiple times. I have tried everything.
It also seems that many people are facing the same issue on many threads here, as well as on Reddit. What is the actual solution?

I think your best option is to speak with a google tech person on the phone. This might be a problem that only they ca fix in the back end servers. Here is a link to open a support ticket and speak with a human....

I was reading a few other threads here in this forum and noticed that people reporting the 'connecting to cloud' error were trying to use the G-Suite email accounts. Only simple gmail accounts will work with the nest and google home app. Could this be causing the issue you are running into?
