Nest Cam batery setup

Don't currently have the power cable. How do you setup and add the camera without the power cable?

Hi Skiman2311,

According to the Google Nest help center instructions linked below you will need the power lead and adapter for setting up your Nest camera.

Ya, I already knew the answer to my question in the first place. Although, first I was wondering if there was a work around. Because I didn't have the power cable with me. Despite the battery was completely full and wouldn't need the power cable otherwise. Not knowing ahead of time that was a requirement. Second, why in the world would you engineer something that is supposed to be WIRE-LESS! to need WIRES?
