I have an indoor Google nest and I needed to move it so I unplugged it and moved it to a different location. Once I plugged it back in I noticed it was missing from the app. I tried to re-add the device in Google home, but it would not let me. It said that the device was already being used on the account. So I can’t see the camera from the app or re-add it. When I factory reset, it says the camera is supposed to appear off-line but it’s not there at all so I’m not sure at this point what I need to do. I just want it to work and reconnect to the app.
