I just purchased 3 Nest Cameras (battery) to integrate with my Nest Hello doorbell. To view the doorbell on my Sony Android TV, I say “hey Google, show me the front door”, and the doorbell starts streaming. With my new cameras, I get “sorry it looks like the tv doesn’t support streaming from the (new) camera.
I hope this is being addressed. The only reason I purchased Nest again, was to have integration with my Hello doorbell. Even your competitors allow viewing on Android TV.

I feel your pain @Michelle1. Hopefully the team will add this feature in the near future. I highly suggest you write your feedback directly in the Google Home app. The more people do that, the better of a chance it will be bumped up in the teams priority list.

Hello MrVacca, Do you know if we are still looking at 2022 before we see ANY movement forward on ANY of these issues people are bringing up? If you have the ability to speak to the inside folks at GOOGLE please let them know they really really need to give the folks (including me) an update and give us some hope if anything is going to happen in the month.

I am sorry but I don't have any of that information. Not only have I put it into the feedback option, but I try to encourage everyone else I come across with the same feature requests. I've seen this method work over the years with other Google products such as Meet & Classroom so I assume this will also be true for Nest.

Hello MrVacca, thank you for the reply. I remain hopefully that Google with fix this QUICKLY but each day that ticks by I lose hope.

Is this issue being investigated? The convenience of asking my tv to stream the cameras is a huge benefit. Much better than looking at my Nest Hub or phone. I never would have dreamed these cameras would lose this ability.
