Yesterday, I changed my Google Account password - it had been a while and I thought it was due for security purposes.. When I logged back into my Pixel 6 Pro, My Nest Hello and Nest Outdoor (Battery) were missing from both the Nest app (hello) and the Google Home app (both). The Nest Hello and all of mt video history were also missing from the Nest web Site. It was if I never had a Nest camera product. My Nest Aware subscription also disappeared. I ended up having to re-create my Google Home configuration and add both cameras as if they were new. I also had to add the Hello using the Nest app and re-subscribe to Nest Aware. I checked my subscriptions in the Play app and it only shows 1 single subscription to Aware.

The issue has apparently been resolved by my actions to re-add the cameras in the Nest and Google Home apps. and re-establish my home location in Google home. I have lost all prior history, however. I was also able to delete the "hung" Nest Aware account in the Google Store and am now operating on a new account which will start billing next month.
The root cause of this issue remains unknown. I'm not sure what I'll do the next time I decide to change my Google password.

Hello Spartacusjones, I'm an end user like you. I believe you are running into a problem a 2-factor authorize problem or something like that. Google has added security to the login process. I'm pretty sure the only way you can fix this is to open a support ticket that gets you access to a Google Tech that can look into your account for you. If you get back up and running please return here and click ACCEPTED AS SOLUTION so this can help other people with similar problems. Here is the link:

I have already added both cameras and re-subscribed to Nest Aware.

I have gone to the Google Store site to cancel the old Nest Aware subscription. I know only have a single Nest Aware subscription to which my two cameras are connected. I did contact Support, but they were not able to determine the cause of the issue.
