When i first got this doorbell a long time ago everything worked great but over the last 5-6 months i have had no thumbnails under the history or under any notifications. I have contacted google about this over and over with no reply's back live help also did not solve it. I see others are having the same problem this is not acceptable and is taking to long to fix. Anyone manage to get it to work again?

Hey there,
If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it.
Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.
