When I connect my new Google nest doorbell it won't stop ringing. Has this happened to anyone?

@Bceballos

One possible cause is that the "chime puck" is not correctly wired (or is defective; a few defective "chime pucks" have been reported in this forum). See the diagrams on this Help page:

Hi folks,

@Bceballos thanks for reaching out. I know where you're coming from when you say your Nest doorbell won't stop ringing. To confirm, have you tried double checking the chime puck? Do you have the battery or wired type of Nest doorbell? Try to perform a simple restart to your Nest doorbell.

Keep us posted.

I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.

Thanks,
Emerson

Hello!! Ebedia, I have the wired version, yes I've installed the chime puck, how can I restart the Google nest doorbell, I have disconnected and plug it again and still the same behavior.

Thanks for your support.

Hey Bceballos,

Thanks for getting back to us. I've included the link above on how to restart and reset your Nest doorbell to the factory default. Make sure it has a pulsing blue light, indicating it's ready to be set up.

Looking forward to your response.

Best,
Emerson
