I installed the doorbell and it was working fine for almost 2 weeks. Suddenly today it keeps going offline and disconnecting. I don't know why, nothing has changed. I checked and it appears my Nest app is up to date, same with google home. It will connect sometimes, then says it's offline. I went home and reset the Wifi and it was working for while then stopped again. Any idea why it could be doing this? If it started right away I'd be concerned about the distance to the Wifi or a power issue but it has worked perfect until today.
Thanks for any help you can give me!
P.S. my Nest Hub Max just fine and is further from the Wifi and was installed the same day

Is your Nest connecting to wifi via 2.4 GHz or a 5 GHz signal? If there's only one SSID, see if you can create separate SSIDs for each band and try connecting to just 2.4 GHz and vice versa. The Nest Doorbell should have a dual band chip, but maybe it's either connecting to a band with a poor / crowded signal or it's hunting between the 2 bands. Just an idea.

I have the same issues. I installed a Nest doorbell and a Nest cam battery a week ago. They worked fine until this morning. I removed them and tried to add them back and now it won’t let me.
