Hi there.
For the last 2 years that I have had this, I have had so many false alerts through and tried everything to resolve it.
I have decreased sensitivity, managed my alert zones and updated everything that needs to be updated.
Mostly it happens at night with car headlights and it tells me there's a person at my door. Other times it's strong winds that set it off. Some days and night I can have about 50/notifications throughout.
I am unable to move my doorbell cam to another location but I was hoping that the doorbell would be a bit smarter or I have done something wrong.
This problem still persists on android and iOS all latest versions.

Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on. What Nest Doorbell are we working on? Have you tried restarting your Nest Doorbell and Wi-Fi router then observe if it will make a difference?

Yes, I have restarted the nest and router multiple times.

Hi there,
Understood. You can factory reset your Nest doorbell. This erases all your personalized settings, deletes the entire video history, and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again.
