Nest Doorbell is al messed up.

After Holding for 30 minutes on the google help line I was disconnected,  WOW.  I have a Nest Doorbell that is sending voltage spikes to the chime, which is causing chattering and doorbell rings randomly all day and night long.

new house, new wiring, new chime and chime transformer, the doorbell worked for four months and them went haywire.  Paid for an electrician to check it out, Has anyone else come across this issue?
