Nest Floodlight and Camera are disconnected from the Home App

My floodlight and cam seem to be disconnected from Home App.   I can't turn light off and on and can't stream.   Home app says the camera if off line.   However the lights are on and the camera green light is on.   What should I do?

I should note that I can see history in the Home App, but am not getting notifications.

Have you tried rebooting your router? Sometimes, there are conflicts with the ports and traffic, etc. depending on your router. Try rebooting your network and see if they reconnect.
