I have used the doorbell for more than two years. It rarely got disconnected. Recently, it didn't work anymore during the cold weather. When the weather gets warmer, it is back to normal. It's no problem with my Wi-Fi and power supply.
When I reset it, it gets work for 1 minute and goes offline again. It's very annoying. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I don't have the Nest Hello, but I have seen a few reports about failures. From those reports, I think the Hello actually has a small battery in it that eventually fails. Likely it would less efficiently charge (and provide voltage) in cold weather first. That may well be your issue. I don't have any direct links handy, but if you search around, I think you'll find some folks that have successfully replaced the battery. It may be worth a shot, given there is pretty much zero chance you'll get a replacement doorbell from Google.

Thanks for the information. I will check it out.

Check the transformer. I recently had issues with a new Nest Hello and it was due to the old transformer supplying less than the required voltage during colder weather. We had an electrician replace the transformer but handy people should be able to do it themselves.

I use a 24v plug-in transformer. I will try an 18v transformer to see if this works.
