Nest Hello Peeling

The coating on the front of my nest hello doorbell is peeling off and obscuring the view of the camera. I think my camera warranty has expired but looking into all the posts on here it appears to be a known defect on Nest Hello products. I am about to buy further Nest products to add to our collection and am concerned that such a premium product would deteriorate so much. Does anyone have contact details for me to escalate this issue?
