The app showed the camera as connected but not available. I removed it from the app and attempted to reset it. The green light goes to blinking but the doorbell blue light never comes on.

Are the wires at the back of your Nest Hello doorbell properly connected? When did the issue start? What’s the voltage of your transformer? Also, has it been exposed to direct sunlight? Did you notice any damages on the wires?

Green light goes away when disconnected from door bell power supply. Once reconnected it comes back on. Still, unable to connect to device. Micro USB connected, still unable to connect.

Ah, gotcha. We appreciate you for trying. What happens when you plug it into a computer? How’s the status light? Does it have a pulsing blue light or the LED just shows a green light?
