Hi jean-philippe séguin,

I'm sure you've already checked this, but just in case, here's steps on how to check/clean the lens.

In the interim and to provide the best support with this, I've shared this with the Google Nest community team for review.

Hey imex99,

I'm sorry for the delay. Could you tell us when and where you purchased your Nest camera? Also, what country are you located in?

Thanks,

Archie
