Nest doorbell and camera audio stutter on live feed and past events

We have the Nest doorbell (battery) and Nest Cameras (battery), and this happens with all of them. Always when I'm watching the live feed and sometimes with past events, the audio stutters or is intermittent in quick, even intervals. It's extremely hard to understand what someone is saying. I've tried lowering the video quality from max to high, but it made no difference. What can I do to fix this?

try to check how's your upload speed, each device needs at least 3 mbps of upload, if the cameras are not getting enough bandwidth it will cause issues with their performance, you can check out this link to see more info about their WiFi requirements: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9245832?hl=en&sjid=13154829657897768933-NA

@StephiB83, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how far are they from your Wi-Fi router? Try running a speedtest from where your Nest devices are set up. Try restarting them and your Wi-Fi router to refresh their connections to each other.
