What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’

Hi Brad! This is not my original post, but I do have a question if you have time.
I’ve been having an issue with my nest cam and drop cam — when listening on my iPhone to a live feed of my house when I'm either home or away, the audio has recently (within past 6 months, maybe more? Not sure) become really hard to hear, sounds crackly, as if I can almost hear a tv or radio on. It’s hard to distinguish different noises. The cameras used to have such clear audio when listening /viewing a live feed.
Do you have any suggestions for this? I’ve tried turning the camera bandwidth to High, I close down all other open apps on my phone,
