Nest doorbell peeling but no help?

Hello community.

I was wondering how many others have the dreaded peeling doorbell? Has anyone been able to get it replaced outside the warranty? Anyone else frustrated with Google support?

Its shocking. Posted two threads about it here over the weekend:

Then bumped them up. Still no answer. They have no phone number in Australia (gives US number) and the button for call back also dosent work.

Can you believe they built a support centre but didn't test it. And have not wondered why they have not yet got any calls or support requests from Australia? Sneaky
