I've had the Nest Hello wired for about 2 years. However a few days ago my camera cut out completely, the light was blinking green, then cut out completely. I uninstalled the doorbell, and hooked it up to micro usb and the unit powered up as normal. However, when I switched back to terminal power, I get the blinking green light but not full power. Is my internal battery dead? Or is it a different issue?

It could mean that there is a hardware problem with the camera. i think your best bet is to speak with a Google Tech on the phone. Here is the link to start the process and get someone on the line. Keep in my when you do this you may want set aside about an hour as they will walk you thru all the simple things first.
