Nest hello doorbell front plate has started to peel off and no help from google

My doorbell front plate is peeling off and I found few customers were able to get a replacement outside the warranty period while others like me are complaining about this with no help from Google. Where can I advertise this issue so that Google can be held accountable for a manufacturing defect like this ?
