Greetings - I have a nest indoor cam that i bought from Amazon and is claimed to work with Alexa. I have a nest thermostat that works fine with Alexa and the skill has been enabled but Alexa just cant find the camera. They are on the same network and the camera works just fine in the Ring app.
I have tried various things but i just cant get it to be recognised.

Hi there,
Yes i tried the info in google support but it did not help. I have scoured the net looking for ideas but nothing seems to work. I suspect an update somewhere caused the issue.
I have purchased a google hub and the camera works well with this. Unfortunately i cannot get the ring doorbell to work with google so i am using both google hub and Alexa.
This Amazon vs Google is a real pain.
