Nest schedule not working

Will not let me set on off time.  Have read and re read all the how to. Nothing is working.

Don’t use the App.  Log in to home.nest.com and you will be able to amend the schedule even on your iPad.

Just bought my indoor camera and cannot set the schedule either.  Had an hour’s online chat with Nest with no success.  Hopeless!

Everyone having problems with Nest Scheduler.  Use your computer not phone or iPad to update.  Works fine from my laptop. Hope that helps.

Thanks.  It would if I had access to a laptop, but I currently don’t.  Anyway, no excuse for the Nest App not functioning correctly.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I would love to help you find a solution to this issue. 

  • Do you still need help with this issue?

  • What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far? 

  • Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?

  • If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’

It’s still not working! When you go to schedule you can see the clock but you cannot change it !!!

I could change it using my laptop computer. Could not use phone or iPad

I can see that this is working for some of you and not others. Please try to use the https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w on a web browser in the meantime to set your schedules. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience! We are looking into this issue, so please share your feedback on the app so that we have the information we need.
