It depends on what type of Nest Aware subscription you have, and whether the event was detected and recorded as an event. It also depends on the type of camera. This is what Google Nest Help says:
With a Nest Aware Plus subscription you get up to 10 days of continuous 24 / 7 video history and up to 60 days of event video history clips.
With a Nest Aware subscription, you get up to 30 days of event video history clips.
