Nest wired stopped notifying Google Home

Wasn't sure whether to put this in Google Home or this section.

We woke up this morning and without changing anything our mechanical chime was back on and our Google display and Google nest mini have stopped receiving notifications

I've checked the help guides and settings, but everything looks ok setting wise.

We're still getting notifications from the Nest app however and the home app is recording the events such as "doorbell" and motion.

Has there been an update that's broken something? The doorbell has been installed for 8 months without issues.

Hi Baronoli,  I'm an end user like you.  I know a few other people here on the forum have reported the same issue.  I believe the only way they could get it fixed is to reach out to the Google Support folks as it is something that have to fix at their end.   Here is the link to open a support ticket and get help.
