New Nest camera and features missing in Home app

After doing some searches here I learned that my new Google Nest camera can only be set up in the Home app (not the Nest app) and the Home app does not have a scheduling feature for me to schedule when the camera turns on and off.  All in all, very disappointing.

Any idea on when Google will be improving the Home app features to allow me to set a schedule on my camera?

Google has committed to bringing more features and settings from the Nest app to the Home app. However, I've not seen anything specifically regarding camera on/off scheduling. If this is important to you, I’d encourage you to also send this feedback directly to Google. You will not receive a response, unless Google need more details from you, however the team are still reading the feedback.
