I have drop cam that will be deactivated 4/24 how do I get reimbursed,it used out door in weather proof case please contact me asap for refund

@Jp275, thanks for reaching out to the Community. If you have an old Nest Dropcam, you won't receive reimbursement for it. However, you can still benefit from the program by filling out this form and receiving a 2nd Gen indoor Wired Nest Camera in exchange.
