I have 3 indoor cameras and a nest doorbell that are all online. My 1 outdoor camera, which is closest to my router, switched to offline a week ago and I can't get it to come back. After googling possible issues, I figured that I probably didn't have enough bandwidth, especially since I recently added a laptop and printer in the same area as the camera. Called the cable company, sure enough, I only had half of what I should have.
Ok, that's done. I have checked my settings under the outdoor camera and still nothing. So, before I pay to have someone come out, any other ideas, please? Thanks..

Check for signs of moisture in the camera. Mine had water in it and stopped working. Waiting for a response from Nest as these supposedly are outdoor cameras.

Well, I finally figured it out! I unplugged it outside and decided to try the upper outlet...and it worked! Who would have thought one part of the outlet was bad?
Thanks!

Camera has moisture condensed on the lens. I’ve placed it in front of a hot air vent for several weeks in the hope it might dry out but no improvement. The camera is no longer working. Very disappointing to see that this product fails in such a short time.

Are you still having this issue with condensation/moisture inside of your lens? If so, have you sought out a warranty replacement if you are still within warranty?
Best regards,
Brad.

Outside of warranty, unfortunately. I get the warranty but really, an “outdoor” camera at this price should exceed our expectation not just last the warranty period. The camera with the moisture is in a well-located position out of the wind. My other camera is directly in the wind and subject to harsh wind-driven rain conditions yet works just fine. If it were that camera I could accept that due to the conditions it might have an issue. But for the other camera to have an issue, it seems like there is some defect in the way it was manufactured.
