Outdoor/ indoor camera not connecting

I bought a set of three Nest cameras indoor/outdoor cameras about a year ago. I've never had a problem reconnecting them with the Google home app in my phone when power goes out, or WiFi is changed, and ect. This last time I that I had to set the cameras up was due to a change of WiFi. So I reset the cameras and got two out of three cameras connected and working. The third camera for some reason won't connect. I've tried resetting the camera, resetting the WiFi and even redownloading the home app. None of it has worked. Any advice would be appreciated.

What exactly happens when you try to reinstall the third camera?

This will not help you, but in reading recent posts, I've been wondering whether Google Nest has some sort of defect that sometimes corrupts the Google Nest "home/structure" data on the Google Nest servers, since there are so many reports of customers unable to reinstall a Google Nest camera or doorbell. On one recent thread (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Cameras-and-Doorbells/Cannot-successfully-add-a-replacement-N...), two customers were only able to fix this by removing all of their Google Nest devices, factory resetting all of them, and then reinstalling them in their emptied-out Google Nest "home/structure". A drastic remedy for a Google Nest defect.

SBoris, thanks for taking some steps beforehand. Let’s see what’s going on — a few questions: what’s the status light of your camera? How far is the camera from the router? What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)? Were there any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Also, how far have you gotten in pairing your camera?
